What are your Business Hours?

Are the Cars Automatic?

All of our cars have automatic transmissions, which provide the most favorable experience. This allows faster, more accurate acceleration through corners and sprints.

Am I the Driver or Passenger?

If you purchased a ride-along, you are a passenger.

If you purchased a Driving Experience, you are the driver.

An instructor will sit in the passenger seat for your drive for guidance, safety, and insurance purposes, but you will have complete control of the vehicle.

What is the minimum age to drive?

You must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Are Spectators allowed?

YES. Family and friends are more than welcome! Note: Due to safety regulations, access to the course is limited.

What time should I arrive for my event?

You should arrive at the event location 20 minutes prior to the time you scheduled on the registration page. This will give you plenty of time to chat with our staff, sign up, and get ready for the time of your life.

How long does the experience take?

Depending on how many laps, the entire time you will be at the location can be 30 minutes to 1 ½ hours.


How long is the track?

The event isn’t on a “track.” It is actually an autocross-style course. This is set up with cones and geared for more agility driving.


Is Dream Drive Exotics’ hands-on driving experience dangerous?

CHALLENGING? INTENSE? THRILLING? Yes, we are all those things and more.

However, we hold safety to the highest standard and do not create any courses that will truly put you in danger of serious injury or death.

What is Autocross?

Simply put, Autocross is a form of car racing where drivers navigate through a course defined by traffic cones on a large paved area such as a parking lot or airport tarmac. 

Autocross courses are typically one to two kilometers long and tend to demand car handling and driver skill rather than engine power and outright speed. Due to the nature of a typical track, speeds can be slower when compared to other forms of motorsports, usually not exceeding highway speeds, but the activity level (measured in discrete turns per minute) can be higher than even formula one due to the large number of elements packed into each course.

Are Dates Guaranteed?

We don’t enjoy doing it but dates and times are subject to change. If your event is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of any procedures, but it is the customer’s final responsibility to contact us before the event for confirmation. All sales are final and refunds are only allowed in the limited circumstances indicated here.

Events may be postponed or canceled for various reasons, including, but not limited to, venue schedule changes, lack of participation, inclement weather, etc. If your event is canceled without an alternate date provided within 12 months in a 100-mile radius of your originally scheduled event, you would be eligible for a refund by contacting us via email within the 12-month period.

For an event postponed/canceled for any reason (other than the weather) that has been provided an alternate date within 12 months, you will receive a credit for your experience and 2 free laps towards your package for the inconvenience, NO REFUNDS will be given. If the new date does not work for you, please contact our offices by email at  support@drive1exotics.com to receive a complimentary 12-month extension on your ticket or it is fully sellable or transferable.

If your experience remains unused for more than 12 months after purchase, a $50 fee will be charged for each year that has elapsed since being placed on hold.


Thank you for taking the time to read through our policies. We understand that it can be overwhelming to go through all the details, but we want to make sure that we are transparent about our schedule. We are a national traveling company with a limited number of dates, and it is crucial for us to stick to the posted schedule on our website. We do our best to maintain the schedule, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances may cause changes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to keep things running smoothly.

Can I Reschedule?

Yes, but fees apply, and dates are limited. Please see our terms and conditions for our rescheduling policy.

How do I redeem my Voucher?

Please click on the link from our website and follow the on-screen instructions. If you are having difficulty, please email Support@drive1exotics.com for assistance.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

Yes, as long as the other individual meets all the requirements of the program. Please contact our offices to transfer the information to the new participant before your event for a smooth check-in process. 

When do I choose the car I will drive?

Upon booking, you will make your selection for the vehicle that you will drive.

What should I wear to the event?

Wear comfortable driving attire. Wear clothes that are not constricting, yet dress in your style for pictures and videos. Sneaker/tennis shoes are preferred. 

How do Pictures and Video work?

You may purchase photos or videos upon registering on the day of the event. Photos are of the driver taken outside the car, inside the car, etc. Videos are recorded with a Go-Pro and you will receive your video right when you exit the vehicle.  You must take your photo and video home before you leave the event or they will be forfeited without a refund. You may call our offices to check to see if they are still available, but we are a national traveling company and locating your forgotten items is not guaranteed. 


***By nature, the D1/Esteem Exotics is an outdoor experience and dates are subject to change due to inclement weather. ***Since we are a traveling company, a makeup date will be determined based on availability between the location and our schedule and can be made for any time in the following 12 months. *** Therefore, we urge customers traveling long distances to make refundable/changeable travel arrangements. THE D1/ESTEEM EXOTICS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCURRED LODGING OR TRAVEL EXPENSES PERTAINING TO ANY CANCELLED EVENT.

*Inclement Weather Policy*

– The D1/Esteem Exotics reserves the right to cancel any event due to inclement weather.
– Cancellations may be announced anywhere from 1 hour to 72 hours before the start of the event.
– Participants will be notified as soon as the event is canceled by phone and/or email using the contact information on file.
– While we will make every attempt to notify you about a cancellation, the final responsibility will fall on the customer to contact us & find out about an event status.
– If it is necessary to cancel an event due to safety concerns caused by inclement weather, a makeup date will be provided anytime up to 1 year from the date of your canceled event at the originally scheduled location OR within 100 miles of your originally booked location.

Since we are a traveling company, a makeup date will be determined based on availability between the location and our schedule and can be made for any time in the following 12 months.

Please be advised that you are not automatically rescheduled. If your experience remains unused for more than 12 months after purchase, a $50 fee will be charged for each year that has elapsed since being placed on hold.

*Insurance Disclosure*

Insurance coverage is required. Most participants purchase insurance coverage through us at the time of booking, as it comes with a $0 deductible, and most private car insurance typically does not cover a racing experience. The insurance price varies between $39 and $59, depending on the car you schedule. If you do contact your personal insurance carrier, please see the requirements below.   If the same participant is driving multiple vehicles, insurance must be provided for each vehicle or experience. Insurance is NOT required for ride alongs, only drives. 

If opting out of our coverage:

For personal insurance coverage to be valid, you must have a certificate from your insurance company naming Semper Fortis Llc, Dream Drive Exotics, and Drive 1 Exotics as additional insured. The insurance carrier must specifically state, “You are covered up to $250,000 for privately owned, non-registered, exotic, and high-performance vehicles to be operated on either a private course or off-road designed for competition.”

Your insurance card alone will not be accepted!!

Please note that your participation in our program does not qualify as a car rental, and the vehicles provided are not considered as rental vehicles. It is important to know that credit card companies, including AMEX, that usually cover rental car damage will not cover any damage to these vehicles while they are being driven off-road or during track events.

Simply put: If you purchase insurance through our company, no other action is required and you are completely covered! If you do not purchase coverage through us you’ll provide the certificate from your insurance company. If you arrive with no coverage on the day of the event, you will be required to pay for it at registration to participate. Any questions or concerns about acceptable types of documents should be forwarded to our reservations department at 401-543-FAST (3278) or email support@drive1exotics.com.

*Rescheduling Policy*

Please note that due to our traveling schedule, we have limited availability at each location. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to reschedule your event.  

In the event you need to reschedule in advance a $50 nonrefundable rescheduling fee will apply. 

No-call, no-show incurs a reinstatement fee of 75% of the amount paid to reschedule.

In case of any medical issues preventing the participant from taking part in the racing experience, rescheduling fees can be waived upon presenting valid medical documentation.


We appreciate your understanding that these fees are necessary to ensure that our program continues to operate smoothly and efficiently for all our customers.

***SD Card Video Policy***

If you purchase the “Video” option for your racing experience, you are responsible for verifying that your video is recorded properly at our laptop station prior to leaving the track. If there is an issue with your video you must bring it to the attention of an RWRE Employee so that we know about the issue and can take appropriate measures to repair the issue/compensate or refund at the track. ***Once You Leave The Track With Your SD card, All Sales Are Final And No Refund Will Be Issued For The Video.***

*Refund Policy*
Your racing experience booking is fully transferable, assignable and sellable. Once you select “Pay now and confirm your booking!” your reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be refunded; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If you forgot to enter your promotion code and did not receive your discount, please call 401-543-FAST (3278) within 48 hours of booking, and one of our agents will assist in correcting this. (A $15 CC processing fee will apply to correct this)

Drive 1 Exotics reserves the right to modify the Terms & Conditions at any time.
